Reiki can support you if you are experiencing:
Stress, anxiety or overwhelm
Difficulty sleeping or restlessness
Emotional challenges, grief or feeling stuck Fatigue, tension or low energy
A desire for deeper connection, balance or spiritual growth
If you have a serious physical or mental health condition, Reiki is complementary; it supports, but is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. Always continue with medical advice/treatment.
Experiencing Reiki is an individual and subjective experience for everyone and it may be a different experience for you with each session.
Common experiences include:
Sensations of warmth or tingling
A feeling of deep relaxation.
Emotional release
Feeling grounded, centered or uplifted.
A sense of lightness
And if you don’t feel that you have experienced anything during your session? Please don't worry as that is completely 'normal' (if there is such a thing as normal!) too! Reiki will still be working for you and you will still be receiving the benefits.
There are no known negative effects with Reiki. Should you have any concerns beforehand, please do speak with your medical practitioner for peace of mind.
Yes, Reiki is safe for people of all ages including babies, children and pregnant women, although it is recommended waiting until after the first trimester.
