I had my first reiki session with Kate and it was so powerful! Kate’s studio is a wonderful warming and welcoming space, and the atmosphere she creates helps you to relax into the treatment.
I’ve had reiki before, but this was actually quite different in the best possible way!
I shifted energy that was stuck, came to realisations that had been whirring round in my mind for a long time, and left feeling so relaxed but on top of the world!
I slept better than I have in weeks, and 24 hours later I’ve had more incredible insights and a really happy and relaxed day! I highly recommend working with Kate!
